According to the FIR, the accused sexually exploited the woman at various international and domestic locations, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Hong Kong, and Morocco. The survivor claims she was lured with false promises of marriage and a lead role in a film project, allegedly to be produced by Reddy.
False Promises and Cross-Border Abuse
In her statement to the police, the woman said that Shiva Prasad Reddy gained her trust by assuring her of marriage and promising to launch her career in the film industry. On this basis, she agreed to travel with him to multiple destinations. However, she alleges that these promises were deceptive and manipulative, leading to repeated sexual exploitation by both Reddy and Shah.
